Who Am I?
Rebecca, Coach Bex, SpicyBex
Why the name “Spicy”?
Mainly because of my spicy ADHD brain that never really switches off - but also because of my character.
To me, spicy means energy, personality and showing up fully as yourself. I believe your training should have that same energy and fire.
I coach with honesty, encouragement but enough fire to push you forward when you need it.
Spicy by name, spicy by nature.
What’s my story?
I’m a single mum with ADHD, running a business, managing a home, and trying to look after myself in the middle of it all.
I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, and unsure where to even begin.
I’ve tried the diets, the quick fixes, the plans that promise to change everything. They didn’t work.. and not because I wasn’t capable, but because they don't work!
What changed for me?
I stopped trying the quick fixes and chasing extremes and I started building habits that actually worked around my life.
Small, sustainable changes and fitness that supported my energy instead of draining it, Structure without restriction.
I don’t coach from a perfect pedestal - I coach from experience.
What’s it like working with me?
I’m empathetic and encouraging, because I understand how hard this can feel. But I also believe in gentle tough love when you need it.
I’ll cheer you on, keep you accountable, and be honest with you, always.
My clients say I’m real, open and make the journey enjoyable. What you see is what you get. I care deeply about the women I coach because I’ve seen how much this kind of change can transform your confidence, happiness and the way you show up in your life.
No extremes. No nonsense. Just sustainable progress that actually lasts.
SpicyFitness exists because too many women feel excluded, overwhelmed, or blamed by diet culture and extreme, all-or-nothing approaches.
These systems don’t fit real life, yet women are made to feel like they’re the problem - When we are NOT!
The story of Spicyfitness
What is Spicy Fitness?
Spicy Fitness was created for busy women, like myself, who are tired of starting over.
It is fitness designed for real women and real life! For women balancing children, careers, relationships, busy brains, insecurities and everything in between.
It is about building strength, confidence and consistency in a way that feels achievable, not overwhelming.
But it is not just about workouts. It is about supporting the whole woman.
Where did it start?
Before Spicy Fitness became what it is today, I worked closely with mums through mum and baby fitness classes (The Fit Mum Club).
I saw first hand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when you are caring for a tiny human. The guilt, the exhaustion, the lack of time, the changes in your body and confidence.
Those classes were not just about exercise it about rebuilding mental health, connection and self belief.
That experience shaped everything I do now - my passion has only grown to help women.
Who is it for?
Spicy Fitness supports all women at all stages of their journey, Some clients are completely new to fitness, Some used to train but feel like life has taken over and they are struggling to manage the mental and physical load. Others are navigating busy careers or neurodivergent brains that make consistency feel harder than it should.
If you're looking for support with getting in shape, you're fed up of starting over, just don't know where to begin or struggling with discipline & accountability - you're exactly who I created this programme for.
How do I support you?
We work towards your individual goals, whether that is fat loss, strength, confidence, energy or simply feeling better in your own skin.
You are fully supported in all areas, exercise, food, mindset, planning and more - not just handed a plan and left to figure it out.
This is about creating accountability, discipline and healthier habits that fit your lifestyle and building a routine you can actually maintain.
What makes it different?
It is built from lived experience.
I am a single mum. I'm an ambitious business woman. I have ADHD. I understand the juggle and the mental load many women carry.
You do not need more pressure. You need structure, honesty and someone in your corner who genuinely cares.
Spicy Fitness is about helping you build a body and mind you love, improve your relationship with food and feel proud of the woman you are becoming.
If you’re a busy woman who feels like she’s constantly starting over and doesn’t know where to begin, you’re exactly who I created this for.
