I offer one-to-one personal training sessions at Muscle Fusion Gym in Sheffield S5 or online via video, designed to help you get fitter, build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that suits your body and lifestyle.
Every session is tailored to you, taking into account your goals, fitness level, and preferences and I am a qualified Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and fully insured, so you can train safely and with confidence.
