Q. Is online coaching right for me?
If you want structure, accountability, and support but also need flexibility, online coaching is a great option. Whether you’re new to training or more experienced, busy or flexible, everything is tailored to suit you.
Q. Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all. My coaching is suitable for all levels. Your plan is built around where you’re starting from, and we progress at a pace that feels right for you.
Q. Are the workouts and meal plans personalised?
Yes. Everything is personally designed by me based on your goals, food preferences, training experience, lifestyle, and schedule. Nothing is generic or one-size-fits-all.
Q. Will I have support or am I on my own?
You’ll have daily access to me for support, questions, and guidance. We also do weekly check-ins to review progress, keep you accountable, and make any necessary changes.
Q. Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. I focus on realistic, sustainable nutrition. Meal plans and advice are built around foods you enjoy and can stick to long term.
Q. What if I have a busy or unpredictable schedule?
That’s completely fine. Your plan is designed to fit around your life, not take it over. We can adjust things as needed during weekly check-ins.
Q. How long does it take to see results?
Everyone is different, but if you trust the process and stick to the plan, you will see progress. Consistency is key and I’m there to help you stay on track.
Q. Is this coaching judgement-free?
Always. This is a safe, supportive space. Your goals become my goals, and you’ll never be judged for where you’re starting from or what you’re working through.
Q. Can I train at home or do I need a gym?
You can do either. Your training plan is designed around the equipment and space you have access to.
Q. What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, you’ll complete a questionnaire so I can fully understand your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. I’ll then create your personalised plan and we’ll get started straight away.
